Banking fraud stops here
A call, a text, an email or a booby-trapped link: Klervio alerts you before you answer or click.
Partnered with Europe’s leading banks
Their official numbers, sender IDs and domains are referenced in the app:
any imitation stands out immediately.
Your bank isn’t on the list? The protection works whichever
bank you’re with.
A scam is a chain. Klervio breaks it at the first link.
Nobody gets caught out on a bank transfer. You get caught out eleven minutes earlier, on a text that looked perfectly ordinary.
The text
“Your parcel is on hold — pay €2.90 to release it.” A shortened link, a sense of urgency.
The fake website
An exact copy of your bank’s site, one letter out in the address. You type in your login details.
The call
A “security adviser” calls from your branch’s number. He already has your login details.
The transfer
He talks you into approving a transaction “in order to cancel it”. The money leaves. It doesn’t come back.
An anti-fraud app that doesn’t behave like a fraud.
Neither Klervio nor your bank will ever ask you for a card code, a code received by text or your login details. If someone asks, hang up.
Install Klervio on your Android phone
Free, ad-free, no account needed. Four steps, three minutes.
Klervio is available on Android only, from Android 8.0 upwards. Compatible with almost every device; Redmi (Xiaomi) phones are not supported. iOS does not allow third-party apps to read texts or screen calls.
What we’re asked most often
Why isn’t Klervio on the Play Store?
The app is downloaded directly from this site as an APK. Android asks for a few manual permissions: the installation guide covers them in four steps, three minutes in all.
Is my bank a partner?
The up-to-date list is at the top of this page. Partnership sharpens recognition of your bank’s official channels, but it isn’t required for you to be protected.
Which permissions are requested, and why?
Caller ID, to flag a fraudulent call before you answer, and access to incoming text messages, to detect smishing. You can decline any permission: the app carries on with the other channels.
What should I do if I’ve already been a victim of fraud?
Contact your bank immediately to block your card and payments, then report the fraud to the police. In France, fraudulent text messages can be reported to 33700, phishing sites to Phishing Initiative, and Cybermalveillance.gouv.fr offers victims free support.
Does Klervio replace vigilance?
No — and no app can. Klervio sharply reduces the risk and gives you back the thinking time that fraudsters try to take away from you; the final decision is always yours.
